Week 1: Fireball

I am Clare Vaterlaus. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. I am the fifth of six kids, and I am a fireball, I do what I want. I am a tomboy turned girly girl. I enjoy playing golf, watching television,  and sometimes getting sweaty. I am currently studying Speech Communication and Computer Science and hope to graduate in three semesters.  I work for an After School Program in an elementary school and I am also employed as a Social Net-worker for a potato company.
Throughout this next semester I will be using this blog to post about Gender Communication. I will draw in different ideas about the reading material and apply what I learn to my own experiences. I personally want to focus more on the technology side of Gender Communication and how it is aiding to the movement. I am hoping to be very open minded and that I will learn a lot!
